Gjermund

Hi. I don't only drink several coffees per day. I aim to try all the varieties around me, I have spent some 5 years in Honduras, Central America, traveling around. I speak with the farmers in the area I am at, and the producers themself. I like to know about everything from the origin of the coffee, growing them and to the process of a good brew. I adjust every brew according to the previous one according to how I prefer it to get the best out of every cup. Not like, this is the same measures every time here... What I really try to understand and will share, is why is it that the same bean got different taste notes, depending on where it was grown. Are the farmers/producers cheating? Anyways, see more at the About me page. Gjermund
