Why read my blog about coffee!
If you enjoy drinking coffee, then you should probably start reading up on the different types of coffee out on the market today. You might find that you prefer one brand over another, or maybe you just want to try something new. Whatever the case, there are plenty of options available.
I keep trying new brands from Central America, like here from Honduras, and Guatemala. Moving on to Asian coffee, and from several countries in Africa.
The Roast
Whether you love it black, with milk, or sweetened, there are so many different ways to make coffee. And while each type has its own unique flavor, there are also some similarities between them.
For instance, espresso is made by forcing hot water through ground beans at high pressure. This process creates a concentrated shot of caffeine. On the other hand, drip coffee is brewed using a percolator, where water flows slowly through ground beans. It takes longer than espresso, but the result is less intense.
The Grind
If you’re looking for a good cup of coffee, then you should definitely read on. You will find everything from how to choose the right bean to how to brew the perfect cup. What is your preferred grind size?
The Brew
My coffee blog is dedicated to coffee culture. It covers topics such as coffee history, coffee equipment, and I might throw in a few coffee recipes. We will look at different brewing methods, like drip (V60), French press and different machines. And of course different cold brew options.
The Flavor
If you enjoy drinking coffee, then you should definitely check out this blogs. I will cover everything from how to make the perfect cup of coffee to the history behind coffee.

Nature and experiences
Lastly, I will keep you in the loop of things to do and see. And of course, I always bring my coffee with me. I have been anywhere from snorkeling/diving in the reefs in the Caribbean sea to the top of the mountains in the woods. You should really experience Honduras and the nature here too. Come on!
